Since 2010 I've owned and hosted guests at Glasshouse Phuket, a privately owned luxury villa in Cape Panwa on the south-east coast of Phuket, Thailand. Over the years it has been a real pleasure to welcome guests from around the world, many of whom return time and again or recommend the villa to others.

Glasshouse Phuket is a six-bedroom private villa overlooking Chalong Bay, designed for families, multi-generational family gatherings and small celebrations. It's particularly rewarding when guests choose the villa for milestone birthdays, anniversaries or intimate weddings, and I enjoy helping them create a memorable stay.

Although I spend much of my time in Bangkok, I remain personally involved from the first enquiry through to the end of every stay. I work directly with guests to answer questions, share local knowledge, recommend activities and restaurants, and arrange services such as airport transfers, private chefs and in-villa massages. My aim is always to provide thoughtful, personal support while respecting guests' privacy and allowing them to enjoy the villa as their own.

I'm fortunate to work alongside an outstanding team based in Phuket, led by our villa manager, Khun Pond. Together we take great pride in delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcome from the moment they arrive.

Before focusing on hospitality, I spent many years working as a physician and medical research professional. That experience instilled the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication and reliability—qualities that continue to shape the way I host guests at Glasshouse Phuket.
