Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €579 is due.
Notes
Please note our house rules and booking restrictions:
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events without our prior written approval
- We do not accept bookings for stag/hen/bachelor, graduation, reunions, “boys’/girls’” trips, influencer/commercial shoots, company meetings and incentive trips
- Registered guests only. No visitors or unregistered persons are permitted on the property at any time. Commercial sex work is strictly prohibited
- Quiet hours: please be considerate of neighbours and avoid noise disturbance between 23:00 and 07.00.
